Il Genio del Mojito
Zucchero, menta, lime, rum chiaro, soda…ecco i semplici ingredienti del cocktail per antonomasia, sconsigliatissimo anche da James Bond.
Bevanda rinfrescante, dissetante ed alcolica al punto giusto(fino alla decima consumazione!!), il mojito è nel video preparato da uno dei migliori, se non il migliore barman di Crema e dintorni: il genio Eugenio.
Competente, inventivo e solare(anche di notte), il nostro “uomo-da-bar” di fiducia sa sempre stupire noi ed i nostri fegati con nuovi, vecchi e revisionati intrugli alcolici a ritmo di BEAT, come: il prelibatissimo Mojito-Fidel, il Tex-Island da collasso o il “digestivo” Racket fuel.Il nostro buon vecchio Eugenio è proprio così.
Unico neo in questo ritratto di barista perfetto(il bancone sembra proprio il suo habitat naturale) è dettato dai 5 “Super-Razzi”(di cui la ricetta rimane tuttora segretissima) che nella “mattinata” di Domenica 26 Novembre 2006 alle ore 01:56 a.m. non sono stati concessi a 5 dei suoi migliori clienti, causa pulizia della station già effettuata.
